Republic of Texas Classic Raises Funds for Homeless Children

Date

Vogel is grateful for the generous support we received from Austin Kremers and the Republic of Texas Classic Golf Tournament. Since Austin Kremers and JD Hall established the Republic of Texas Classic in 2011, the event has drawn amateur players from across Texas for three days of competition, camaraderie and giving back to the community. What began as a couple of rounds of golf among friends, soon grew in size and structure. Now the winner of the competition earns the privilege of choosing the recipient of next year’s charitable effort. After his win in 2016, Daniel LaCroix of Fort Worth expressed a desire to help children in need in the Dallas Fort Worth area, and a short time later the tournament was on a path to support Vogel. In early July the co-founders presented Vogel with a contribution of the funds they raised.

You can help homeless children with your event, too. It’s easy to build your own fundraiser – click here to get started.
